Koehlinger: commencing at a steel bar at the southeast corner of said Section 18 at the intersection of the Smith Road and the Pleasant Center Road, thence North 87 degrees and 19 minutes West along the south line of said Section 18 and the centerline of the Pleasant Center Road, a distance of 1329.9 feet, to a steel bar at the southwest corner of said Koehlinger property, thence North 1 degree and 25 minutes West along the west line of said Koehlinger property, a distance of 1292.9 feet, to a steel bar, for the point of beginning, which point of beginning, which point of beginning is also on the centerline of Baer Filed Runway 22-4 and 2429.8 feet southwest of the end of the present concrete runaway, thence North 1 degree and 25 minutes West along said Koehlinger west property line, a distance of 279.5 feet, thence North 44 degrees and 16 minutes East, a distance of 1153.9 feet, to the southwest line of the present right-of-way of the State of Indiana, thence South 45 degrees and 44 minutes East along said State right-of-way line, a distance of 200.0 feet, to a steel bar, which steel bar is also on the centerline of said Runway 22-4 and 1080.6 feet southwest of the runway end, thence South 45 degrees and 44 minutes East, along said State right-of-way line, a distance of 200.0 feet, thence South 44 degrees and 16 minutes West, a distance of 1544.5 feet, to the said west Koehlinger property line, thence North 1 degree and 25 minutes West, along said Koehlinger west property line, a distance of 279.5 feet, to the point of beginning, the area being 12.39 acres, more or less, all bearing are based on the published true bearing of North 44 degrees and 16 minutes East for the centerline of Baer Field Runway 22-4 shown on the present Airport Layout Plan; no buildings or structures are presently contained within the area.
